Workflow Pilot

Test one workflow before committing to the full service.

The $699 Pilot is a low-risk starting method for an Enquiry Assistant or Follow-up System. It is not a fifth standalone service.

Clear boundary

One workflow. One entry point. One result to judge.

The Pilot does not quietly become a full custom system. Keeping it narrow makes the result useful and the decision honest.

01

Choose one workflow

Agree the single enquiry problem and the result the pilot needs to prove.

02

Set the boundary

Confirm one entry point, the necessary rules or fields, and who owns the result.

03

Build the smallest working version

Create only what is needed to test the workflow honestly.

04

Test and observe

Use real or representative enquiries and note what improves, breaks, or remains unclear.

05

Continue, adjust, or stop

Finish with evidence and a clear recommendation, not pressure to buy more.

Workflow Pilot questions

What does the Workflow Pilot cost? +

The Workflow Pilot is $699 one-off. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Which services can start with a Pilot? +

The Pilot is available for an Enquiry Assistant or Follow-up System. An Enquiry Website already has a smaller standard starting price, while a Dashboard normally begins with a data review.

Does the Pilot include a complete Assistant or Follow-up System? +

No. It tests one workflow, one entry point, and one clear result. A broader rollout is scoped separately after the review.

How long does the Pilot run? +

The active test is normally up to 14 days after the agreed working version is ready. Setup time depends on access, rules, and information supplied by the client.

Can the Pilot fee be credited toward setup? +

Yes. If you continue into the eligible Enquiry Assistant or Follow-up System within 14 days of the Pilot review, the amount paid may be credited toward setup.
