Would improving my current website be enough?
It may be. If your current website is clear, mobile-friendly and easy to maintain, a smaller change could be enough. This package is for a new or replacement website. Connecting our enquiry form to an arbitrary existing site is outside the standard scope.
What do I need to supply?
Your business and service details, approved copy, logo, images, legal information and relevant access. We lightly tidy supplied content and agree one visual direction. Original copywriting and photography are not included.
How do reviews and changes work?
You review before launch. Refinements within the approved brief are included, without a rigid round limit. Extra pages, a new visual direction, substantial new content or new functionality are separately quoted before work begins.
What does the monthly fee cover?
AUD $49/month excluding GST covers hosting, routine maintenance and two small content-update batches per month, up to 30 minutes of editing in total. Unused time and batches do not roll over. Defects are corrected free and do not use the allowance. See Pricing for the complete rules.
Is SEO included?
Basic setup includes page titles, descriptions, heading structure, clean URLs and a sitemap. It helps search engines understand the website; it does not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations or new enquiries. Ongoing campaigns, posts and backlinks are outside the package.
Can I add online booking?
A suitable external booking provider can be linked or integrated under a separate agreed scope. Provider charges and our integration costs are confirmed first. Complex booking systems, online stores and custom applications are outside the standard website package.
How long does the build take?
We agree a schedule after reviewing your requirements and materials. Content readiness, access and your approvals affect the launch date; a fixed turnaround is not promised.
What happens after the initial 12 months?
The managed service continues month-to-month rather than renewing into another fixed 12-month term. Either party can end it with 30 days’ written notice. The service terms explain billing and early cancellation.
What happens if the service ends?
Hosting, maintenance and the hosted enquiry form stop at the end of the applicable paid period. While active or within 30 days after service end, you can request one standard export at no extra charge: supplied assets still held, current published text, stored enquiry records in a common tabular format where reasonably available, and minimum domain or DNS information. Source code, templates, layouts and deployment systems are not included. See the service terms for details.
