What you need to know.
Do we need technical staff to use this?
No. We handle the website build, hosting and routine maintenance. You provide your business information, copy and images, then review the site before launch.
What kinds of businesses are the best fit?
Australian trades and small service businesses that need a clear new or replacement website. The standard package suits a straightforward service website of up to five pages, rather than a store, portal or custom application.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
Usually not. We start with the immediate problem and keep existing tools where they still help.
Where should we start?
Send a short website enquiry. We review the fit and confirm the scope and price in writing before requesting payment. If your current site only needs a small fix, a rebuild may not be necessary.
Is this only for Canberra businesses?
No. Infoseed is based in Canberra and works with suitable service businesses across Australia. We confirm the requirements and scope in writing before work begins.
How much does it cost?
The Managed Website is AUD $499 setup plus $49/month, excluding GST, with a 12-month initial term. The minimum standard-package commitment is $1,087 excluding GST. Extras are quoted before work begins.
Can I add booking or enquiry automation later?
We can discuss a separately scoped integration with a suitable external booking provider or a narrow enquiry automation. Provider fees and implementation costs are confirmed first. These features are not included in the standard website package.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The $49/month covers managed hosting, routine maintenance and two small content-update batches per month, with up to 30 minutes of editing in total. The allowance does not roll over. Defects are corrected at no extra charge and do not use the allowance. See Pricing for the full rules.
What do I need to provide?
Your business and service details, approved copy, logo, images and relevant access. We lightly tidy supplied content and agree one visual direction. Pre-launch refinements within the approved brief are included; new pages, a new direction or new functionality are quoted first.
What happens to my content if I leave?
You keep your domain, supplied content, brand assets and enquiry data. The managed website itself is not transferable. A standard content, supplied-asset and enquiry-data export is available under the service terms; source code, templates and deployment systems are not included.
