The Enquiry Website is a new or replacement website with agreed enquiry questions, hosting and routine maintenance. AI replies, internal follow-up tracking and dashboards are separately purchased services. Content changes use the published fixed-price menu; monthly content update hours are not included.
Your domain, supplied content and enquiry data remain yours. Infoseed retains its website platform and code; this is a managed service, not a transferable working-site handover. The service terms explain cancellation and the standard content and enquiry-data export.
