When do I pay?
First we confirm fit, scope and price in writing. Payment is requested after you approve. The $49 monthly managed-service fee begins when the website is launched or made active.
What is the minimum commitment?
AUD $499 setup plus 12 monthly payments of $49: $1,087 excluding GST, or $1,195.70 including GST. The initial managed-service term is 12 months. After that it continues month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. The service terms explain early cancellation.
What counts as a small content update?
A small change to an existing page using supplied material: contact details, service wording, opening hours, a price, an image swap or a short FAQ update. Send related changes together as a batch. The monthly allowance is two batches and up to 30 minutes of editing in total, not 30 minutes per batch.
What if a change is bigger than the allowance?
We explain the extra scope and quote it before starting. New pages, a new visual direction, significant rewrites and new functionality are separate work. Unused batches and editing time do not carry into the next month.
What if something is broken?
We correct defects in the agreed website at no extra charge. That work does not use your content-update allowance. Report the issue with the page address and what happened so we can investigate.
Can the website take bookings?
A link or integration with a suitable external booking provider can be separately scoped. We confirm what the provider supports, its fees and our integration costs before work begins. Complex booking software is outside the standard package.
Do I own the working website?
You keep your domain, supplied content, brand assets and enquiry data. Infoseed retains its platform, templates, layouts, code and deployment systems. This is a managed service without a transferable working-site handover. The service terms preserve a standard export of your content, supplied assets and enquiry data.
